With the improvement of people's living standards, functional urological diseases have received more and more attention. The clinical diagnosis and treatment of functional urological diseases differ from common urological disorders. The purpose of this invited manuscript is to show the types of diseases covered by functional urology and their standardized diagnosis and treatment ideas. It will lay the foundation for further improving functional urology diagnosis and treatment technology in the region.
