Pediatric overactive bladder is a common urinary disease. The disorder mainly manifests frequent urination and urgency. It affects the quality of life of children and even causes the psychological harm. Timely diagnosis and treatment is key. This article reviews the current diagnosis and treatment methods for pediatric overactive bladder and summarizes the research progress in diagnosis and treatment in recent years. It hopes to provide safer and more effective medical services in the future. 
