Surgery is one of the most important managements for Chinese glaucoma patients.The progresses of anti-glaucoma surgery can be divided into two aspects：one is the modification of the classic trabeculectomy,which greatly enhanced the surgical effect and reduced the postoperative complications; the other is the new anti-glaucoma surgeries appeared in clinical practice,which provided more options for eye doctors.The review briefly offers a new insight of the progress of anti-glaucoma surgeries.
